England Hire Team Chef For their Pakistan Tour

In response to worries about the catering, England hires a team chef for the Pakistan tour.
A team chef has been hired by the Ben Stokes-led England for the upcoming three-Test tour of Pakistan. A personal team chef has been hired, according to a report in ESPNcricinfo, following a debrief from the limited-overs England team that visited Pakistan earlier this year for seven T20 International matches prior to the T20 World Cup.
According to the same report, the limited-overs team’s players and support staff expressed their dissatisfaction with the quality of the food.Even during the seven-match T20I series against Pakistan, some England players experienced stomachaches at various points.
Omar Meziane, who previously served in a similar capacity for the England men’s football team during the 2018 FIFA World Cup and Euro 2020, will serve as the team chef for England. For the first time ever, the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) will send a specially hired chef on a tour abroad.
Three Test matches between England and Pakistan are scheduled to start on December 1, with the first match taking place in Rawalpindi. Karachi and Multan will host the next two Test matches.
The T20I series, which consisted of seven games, was won by England during their earlier year tour of Pakistan 4-3. The Three Lions later went on to win the T20 World Cup.
